SERVICE AND REPAIR
Service is what FCC Communications, Inc. is all about, our philosophy is that when you call us for a problem or a question it should be taken care of in a minimum amount of time.
We understand that communications is the lifeline to your business, we will respond to emergencies in a maximum of 2-hours. If your system is down then so is your business, we will get you back up running in the fastest time possible.
Normal service is usually scheduled within 24 hours of your call to us.
After the initial one year warranty that all systems include expires you can sign on for a service contract that ensures your system performance, we will make sure you have the latest versions of operating systems and firmware to maintain the integrity of your system all year.
Contracts typically run 10% of the original purchase price of your system per year. Also with our service contract you will receive a 10% discount on normal service rates.
Our service fees are very competitive in the communication arena,
Normal Hourly Rate- $96.00
Overtime/Emergency Hourly Rate- $144.00
There is a $192.00 minimum charge on all service calls
An “Emergency” is a call that is scheduled within 2-hours of the call entering our dispatch
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri. PST
Depending on your location, fuel fees may apply (generally over 20 miles from Reno)
